Revelations returned from The Crucible API
Usage logs (decision count, API cost estimates) for billing
Feedback and preference data you provide

To operate and improve the Ma platform
To enforce tier limits and process payments
To send account and product communications
To maintain safety and compliance standards

Third parties

Your questions are passed to The Crucible API (thecrusible.systems), operated by Shizendo (Pty) Ltd. Payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy. Authentication and database services are provided by Supabase. Error tracking is provided by Sentry.

Data retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. You may request deletion at any time by emailing us.

Your rights

You have the right to access, correct, and delete your personal data. South African residents have rights under POPIA. Contact us to exercise these rights.
